I have a credit card that was bought from Juniper to Barclays. I trried to talk to and reason with a bank official. All I ever get is a Phillipines call center and the people that talk to me are calling themselves, Billy, Apple, Denise etc. They can hardly be understood and they read from scripts and when you ask for a supervisor they put you on hold for 30 -40 minutes and all you get is another call rep. and they will give you the same spiel. This is a great bank that recieved billions of USA and UK bailout funds and screw their long time customers because they can because they hav e the US congress in their back pockets with all the lobbyists buying their mumble jumbo. Stay away from them as you would poison Ivy.
