This company is horrible. My mom called on a Sunday because her shower knob and head malfunctioned. In short, they charged her $1,500.00 for the job and couldn't justify why the work was done so much. It's a shame that you have business's like this taking advantage of the elderly -- just sad. Even worse, she had just paid them $4,000+ for a brand new heater. I feel like they took advantage of my poor mother viewing her as the means to the end. Just sad.
