We had a great time, but unfortunately we need to cancel due to my son taking swim lessons. They only offer one weekend class for Level 5.

When I canceled, I discovered the "Trial/Free" class in the beginning was the start date of the contract, so you ultimately paid for the class. So, the pitch "sign-up today and save $20" is not really the case.

Also, it's not a true month to month billing. You pay for only 4 classes each time, so the Anniversary date doesn't factor in when you cancel. This is not outlined in the yellow contract sheet signed when you signed up and I unfortunately did not keep anything else.



It's unfortunate, we may have came back at a later date.
