I would never recommend this place there expensive for nothing. They always watching wat ur doing and charge for everything the gas is expensive but u will never use it. There very rude evan when your nice they hav took all my security deposit but some of the charges were from them. My sink over flowed and th maint man came in put a big hole in the living room and nailed a board uptop of hole and when i moved out they charged me also carpet needed to b replaced and they charged 400 to clean it it was old when i moved in the bottom apts r gross there is no air circulating through the house and its very small never will move there again they treat the tenants like dirt

New management sucks! =( The manager stinks

Since the new landlord came this place went down hill quickly. He owns several other apartment complexes in NJ as well as another here in Wilmington. He fired the two maintenance guys that would respond to an issue either that day or the next, and hired 1 guy who wont fix anything until you complain to the management for a week and then he takes another week and a half. They are imposable to get a hold of and do not return phone calls. They just want their rent on time they do not care about the people they rent to. Dont be fooled about the ads they have, there is nothing new about these apartments, same cheap appliances and cheap carpet. If you want to be neglected as a renter and have to wait several weeks to get any thing fixed, and your a sucker and a moron then this is the place for you. The management is nothing but SLUM LORDS! IF YOUR SMART YOU WILL NOT LIVE HERE!
