always give people a second chance,afterall if you made a error at your work the 1st your forgivin you get a second chance.we are americans and we resolve problems peacefully not slandering.

Stay away as far as you can from Connelly Flooring. They did an horrendous job with the flooring in our brand new home in Middletown Village. At the 1 year inspection the seams in the linoleum in the kitchen started curling up (they were way larger than 1/8"), there are also large bubbles along certain sections of the kitchen. In addition in several places (no-where near the sun), we have big patches where the floor had turned yellow. They did walk-though and tried to fix a few places where some nails were coming up from the floor -- the fix was worse than if we had just left it alone. Also, about the yellowing -- the Connelly Representive kept on insisting he would contact the manufcturer -- but, of course, that never materialized. Meanwhile, my husband was put in intensive care in the hospital, and I also had to deal with this, too? It seems as if they were just waiting for the warranty to run out. In addition there is a huge bubble in the carpeting in my living room that was put on the list, but never taken care of.



Shame on you, Connelly Flooring!!! Taking advantage of a poor widow like that!!! I believe that Connelly Flooring has forgotten the #1 rule of marketing --- A satisfied customer will only tell 1 or 2 friends, but a dissatisfied customer will tell 100!!

This place is completely unprofessionals. I called to schedule for an estimate on a hardwood floor refinish and it took me 3 phone calls to finally get an time set because the girl kept telling me it took "Careful coordinating" to set up a time for someone just to come out and look and give a price. 1 hour before my appointment they call me and cancel and tell me that they cannot reschedule me for another week at minimum. When I voiced my concern about needed to have something done in the next few days so we can make a decision, she snapped at me and told me that they were too busy in general to put any client in front of another and she would see what she would do and call me back. As she hung up the phone I heard her call me a B**** and say she wasnt going to bother calling me back. COMPLETELY unprofessional, completely rude, and not worth the time to even pick up the phone and schedule something as they wont bother to even call you back. They obviously dont care about their customers or the business.
