Children & Families First is a private, nonprofit social service agency that strengthens families and communities by providing social, educational and mental health services. Children & Families First is a merger of four organizations, including the Children's Bureau of Delaware, Family Service Delaware, Turnabout Counseling and Community Services and the Perinatal Association of Delaware.
