Provided by YP.comA relative and I hired this company twice and were just really disappointed with the lack of experience and the minimum wage employees they had doing the work for them. Obviously workers with a lack of expertise in carpet cleaning is the real issue here, along with owners who just don't use proper cleaning methods. We have a relative in this business from the New York area and even he was surprised by the poor cleaning job. Not good.....
