A local favorite - the tomato pie is phenomenal, the spices just water in your mouth. Another favorite is the linguine with broccoli rabe and shrimp. The portions are plentiful and the food good. A small, intimate place children are welcome but it does tend to get a little nosy.

March 2008. I visited Bellavista 4x in the last month. The food is fresh and interesting, the service good as well. Prices are reasonable ($12.50 for chicken breasts in roasted garlic cream sauce with artichokes, sundried tomatoes over capellini). Portions are large (half of most meals go out the door with the customers). Dinners come with fresh salad/soup and fresh bread. The mango dressing is a delight. Children's menu available. On the downside (all of which can easily be improved upon) is the noise level - unbearable when the small restaurant is full, the suffocating heat makes for uncomfortable dining, and I could do without a gum chewing teenager interrupting 3x to ask without a trace of sincerity, "How's youse's salads?"Give this famiy friendly, family run place a try. Three visits in one month? They've got to be doing something right.
