I recently moved to this area and needed a part for an older dryer that was in the house that I moved into. Since I am a single mother of three and having just moved, I have to be very careful of my expenditures. I called a couple of the other businesses that were listed in the phone book. As I was trying to explain to the men who answered the phone what my problem was, they stated I should just buy another dryer since this was so old. I told them it was a very nice dryer and I really could not afford to buy another dryer. They did take down my model number and within seconds came back and said that it was to old and there was no literature available for it anymore. I called this company and the very friendly young lady who answered the phone was more than willing to help me. I gave her the model number, told her what problem I was having and she said, "no problem, hold on and let me look it up for you." She returned in less than a minute and told me from the complaint that I was giving her, it sounded like I needed a thermal fuse. She had it in stock and the price was only $9.50. Very reasonable. I don't think I could have bought a dryer for that price. She also suggested if I wanted to, I could bring my old part in and she would be more than willing to test it for me. I cannot tell you how happy I was that the other companies "blew me off" so I was able to discover this company. When I went in for the part, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. I also discovered that this store also sells parts for the smaller kitchen appliances and vacuums. They have alot of parts that you would never have thought were made for replacement. I can honestly say, this will be the only company that I will do business with from here on in.
