In 1963, Mr. Gordon, President and CEO, founded what is now known as GEC Consultants, Inc For the past 40 years we have been providing service and advice to clients entering the restaurant, catering, or bar business. Our clients vary from novices to talented professionals in the dining industry. Fast forward to the year 2001. GEC Consultants, in an effort to keep pace with the ever-changing landscape of the hospitality industry, has expanded its services and organization to include expertise in the areas of hotels, food service technology, and culinary creations. Our purpose, however, remains simple and unchanged: to promote world-class consulting, through personal involvement, to assure project success.
