My name is Patrick and I utilized the services of the Brightside Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery just after the holidays. I have a couple dogs so my carpets take a beating from time to time, especially after hosting the holiday parties this year.

Neil and the Brightside handled themselves very professionally and showed that they knew what they were doing and did an outstanding job on the four bedrooms and two stair cases that needed to be cleaned. This wasn't just a routine clean job but a post holiday party, spots all over the place and pet evidence all over the place. They came in and took care of the job while educating me along the way what they were doing and why, and what to do to combat further damage or mess. I would highly recommend their service to family, friends and any who read this review. Thanks Neil H. and the Brightside staff for a job well done!
