David Nelson is a moron. His incompetence got me convicted in a medical marijuana case where I had a lawful doctor's letter saying I could have marijuana.I suspect Nelson had an agreement with the prosecutor to convict me because it is hard to believe ANYbody could really be as incompetent as Nelson acted in my case.
