I have hired this company 2 times. The first time was good. The grass grew, and looks good now that it is maintained. The second time which was prior to this summer, I hired them to top dress and overseed the front lawn, it has been nothing more than endless days of hassle. When it came time for touch up, he simply came out and springled some seed on bare spots. He put nothing down to keep the seed in place and it washed away. I have since had to pay someone else to repair the mistakes he made, and now, I finally have the bare spots growing. Don't use this company, you are in for more headaches than anything. I gave one star because it wouldn't accept none.
