I take my car here for service and everyone is professional and friendly. Their waiting room has an awesome massage chair too! The service department's rates are good but they didn't get one star because of the "car wash" they do on vehicles. I put that in quotes because my car is always looks filthy after their wash. I'm not sure what they use other than dirty water. I even asked them not to wash it last time but they still gave it a mud bath. I will definitely continue to use Willowbrook Kia for my service needs!

I have been going to Willowbrook Ford for many years. I Thinking they would do a great job. I was wrong. I brought my wifes car to get oil change tire rotation. My wife was driving home and called me and said sounds like something is rubbing on backside of the car. When I meet up with her I noticed they did not tighten the lug nuts on back tire. I thought maybe easy mistake. Then bring my Ford Expedition in to get power steering pump installed and get it back I noticed that there is loud noise. I mentioned to Service guy Ben and he said it should quiet up in a day or so. I thought was not right. It did not Quiet up it was worse. I brought it back there Ben said they do not have time that they are so busy. I will have to schedule with them to take a look. So I did 3 weeks later I bring it back 7 am and they said they look and see problem. they call back 3 hours later it will cost you $1000 dollars to fix it is a pulley and may be a sensor and looks like oil cooler line are leaking we don't see anything wrong with power steering pump. So I really don't want them to work on my Ford Expedition again. and go to pick it up. when I go to get it they said it will be $100 dollars I asked why charge she said you have to talk to service guy. So I did. He was very rude and said I told them to diagnose problems with my Expedition and that is why I brought it in there. then he became very rude with attitude and said not our problem. I paid because I had to go to work. I start driving it is very hard to steer. I think they are very bad at what they do and are out to take your money for doing nothing. I brought Expedition to another Ford dealer they said it is hard to steer and that the power steering pump needs to be replaced. Willowbrook Ford charged me $780 to try and fix then $100 when brought back because the work they did was junk. Now I am paying $600 to reinstall new pump to fix what Willowbrook Ford could not do right the first time. I would never bring my Expedition or any car to Willowbrook Ford ever. Very bad service and people are very rude.

Great experience! Easy to deal with. Wonderful service. I bought my last two cars here and wouldn't buy anywhere else. Very willing to help with any questions. Always going the extra mile. When the time comes I know where I'll be buying my next car. Good locaation and large selection.

Horrible

I bought a car from them and right after I picked the car up the check engine light came on. Had to put in 2 new O 2 sensors. Then a week later my passenger side brakes ate through my rotor. Had to get a rotor, brakes, and a new caliper. Then the car was always kind of loud. Turns out the exhaust manifold was cracked. The trans fluid was brown. Had to replace both. Car runs great after the almost $4,000 worth of parts and labor put into it. They told me they did a safety inspection on the car before I bought it, obviously they lied. I will never buy a car from them again. With the amount of money I had to sink into it, it wasn't worth what I paid for it. They are a horrible business and I don't recommend anyone go there.

These people are the greediest bunch of theives I ever seen. I wouldn't buy sh&t here. They think the word "deal" means your going to give them a good deal. Greedy. Just because they have nothing else going for them, their gonna be greedy to make up for it. Greedy
