Had a ring re-sized - service was very professional and they even matched the font for the original inscription, despite the ring sizing needing to be reduced by a lot. Definitely recommend based on service alone!

I am pretty much unfamiliar with the jewelry industry. That said, I never felt pressured to spend more than what I was comfortable spending. I felt like I purchased a high quality ring based on the price. I dealt with Julie who was beyond friendly and very accommodating. I was specifically looking for a family owned jeweler rather than a company store. I had gone to another family store and felt like they didn’t want my money. Bella cosa jewelers is the only store I will go to and if I have my preference I hope to deal solely with Julie.

Went to Bella Cosa Jewelers for a Valentine gift. It's my quick, quality go to place. One can buy inexpensive or expensive quality jewelry with expert guidance depending on your need. Natalia was instrumental. I was done in 10 minutes. No rumination necessary. Guys....try this place, your lady will thank you for it!

I took some old jewelry in to find out the value, and what exactly it was. Michelle was extremely helpful and much to my surprise, the items were worth a lot. To me it looked like costume jewelry! Have been back three more times, not only have I cleared some clutter, made some money, but also got a educationabout many things. Wonderful customer service!

Clean and well organized store. The staff was very helpful & courteous. They helped me pick out exactly what I need to fit my needs and budget. Teresa at Bella Cosa is the best! I have a Sterling Silver ring that looks like a feather that wraps around your finger. It is a very sentimental ring as it belonged to my mother-in-law and I have never taken it off since she gave it to me shortly before she passed. As a bartender, my hands are constantly in detergent and the ring is somewhat adjustable. One night the ring caught on something and snapped in half. I was DEVASTATED! I took the ring to Bella Cosa and Teresa examined the ring and showed it to the jeweler. With every confidence, she told me the ring could be repaired, however they may be a mark at the break. I didn't care as that part would be on the inside of my hand. When I picked it up, not only was it back in one piece, you could not even see the repair. Thank you so much!

RING THAT IS LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD , WHITE GOLD, 1K WAS OFFERD $150.00 WHEN THE RING ITSELF WAS $3,500 AND APPRAISED AT $2,250.00. REGARDLESS WHAT THEY CARRY I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BASED ON HOW LITTLE KNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE IN QUALITY. YOU EXPECT THAT AT A PAWN SHOP NOT A JEWELRY STORE.

My husband buys all my Pandora charms from there. There is a section at the front of the store that they call a Pandora shop. Some of my neighbors have sold their old gold and jewelry there. I have my eye on one of their diamond wedding bands. Hope my husband gets it for our anniversary. I really like their new website, very easy to navigate.

Bella Cosa resized a gold ring for $30 less than another local jeweler. Their watch battery replacements are incredibly reasonable, too. Service is friendly and efficient. This store has a wonderful selection of new and estate jewelry. Lots of different price points, too. I will definitely be back.

My wife and I have shopped Bella Cosa for 10 years and we enjoy the memories associated with the terrific pieces we always find here. Excellent staff and certainly a great place to buy quality.

I can't really vouch on the store, service or the price, but my engagement ring from here is truly stunning. The jeweler and his wife who I took it to for a resize were both marveling at the wonderful quality of work of the settings, the details and of course the cut and colour of the sapphire. I think they loved it as much as I do! Anyway, I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the jeweler in question who beautifully crafted the ring of my dreams :)

Let me be frank: I don't wear jewelry. Unless you count my glasses. So when it came time to plan out my Christmas shopping and I settled on building a Pandora bracelet for my mom, I was less than lost. I was utterly hopeless. Asking me to buy jewelry is a lot like asking a hamster to do your taxes: my big, pitiful eyes will be fixed in abject terror. And maybe my pencil gets a little chewed up. Luckily, Bella Cosa had a special section set aside just for Pandora so I knew right where to go. A lovely saleswoman took the time to explain how the jewelry works. Poor clueless me thought I could just buy a bracelet and a charm and be done, but she helped me understand I also needed clips to hold the beads in place. When I asked if I could buy a catalog, she told me I could just take it! (Counter that to my experience at an online store, which wanted to charge me $5 for a jewelry box and $6.95 for a catalog!) This review was a long time coming. After I posted a thread in yelp talk about where to get an engagement ring, I was contacted by a yelper who works at Bella Cosa and talked the place up. They basically said that they could do a custom ring based on a ring I saw somewhere else, but way better like I wanted. I corresponded briefly via the internet and then took a trip to the shop. I made three trips to the shop: The first to confirm what I wanted out of the ring and to get a general consultation and put down a deposit, the second to pick a center stone (a goregous deep blue sapphire), and the third to pick up the finished ring. Not only was the ring absolutely goregous (a 2/3rd carat deep blue sapphire flanked by a pair of smaller accent diamonds on a relatively simple palladium band), both the time and cost estimates that I had been given on day 1 was completely and totally accurate (and the cost actually was padded to include taxes, something I didn't expect).
