I just wanted to thank the great team at Ride Smart. I currently work for a dealer in upstate NY and drove over 300 miles to buy a 2009 Volvo V50 that I have been searching everywhere for. I worked the entire deal via phone and it was a breeze. I have to say I was a little scared that I would drive 300 miles...spend all that money in gas and travel expenses and would not like the car. WOW I got there and the car was 100% what they promised! It was clean, banking paperwork was ready to go, I went on a test drive and was done purchasing it with in the hour. I have to say they have some great cars there. I was already looking a a few other that caught my eye. Overall they were GREAT people to do business with. Honest, right to the point, no hassle, and made you feel right at home.

this is the worst dealership i have ever delt with, it is horrible customer service, they sold me a broken car and not only cursed at me, ignored my calls for 3 months now as well as my emails. i have told multiple friends and family members to never use this dealership it is a joke. NEVER USE RIDE SMART AUTO THEY ARE A RIP OFF and the owner joe is a lying a**hole :)
