I am an used car whole seller and I got 100`s of cars detailed in several places. I was there for the first time for a car which has lots of dog hair but no stain. I left the car on Friday and told them that "you can take your time but definitely I need the car before Tuesday" and they called me on Wednesday (it took 5 days to detail the car, really?) and Marc (owner) said it was ready. When I got there, glasses were still dirty and the center console had all finger prints, so the car wasn't ready. A guy started to last minute clean up glasses . They asked me 150$ for detailing only interior, I am repeating only interior. It means: main carpets, floor mats (which is plastic 4 seasons needs no detail at all), center console, seats, headliner and the interior side of the glasses (same job is done for 85$ in northeast Philadelphia and it is almost double amount of money for poor work.). So they cleaned the dog hair in the car , which was only above the average job done. The rest of the interior was not even touched. They charged me 150$ plus tax=159$ on invoice it say only 150 and no tax added. It is a scam. Definitely They need an audit about their business because it is a serious crime. Not happy at all.

Marc and his crew did a great job on my Ford Escape. Helped me out by dropping me back at the office after drop-off and let me know when it was ready. The Escape came out looking better than when I first bought it. Marc is very personable, taking the time to answer questions and explain things as well. THANKS!
