Fri 2/9 salesperson came out to measure for estimate. Today is 3/1 and still no estimate. The last iIheard from him was Feb 15 indicating as window is above 4th floor it needs special glass and they were still working on the estimate. Pretty sad. If you don't want the job be honest and tell me. I have had two other companies provide estimates within a day of measuring. Even if Kaller came back with an estimate how could I trust their professionalism.

Did not complete the job we paid for, ruined our house's roof, don't return calls or show up for arranged meetings

The title of this review says it all.These folks know what to do; how to do it and keep you fully informed.The work done for me was a rather difficult replacement of a custom bay window.I had six other contractors scope the job and it was very evident that only one other had the knowledge and ability to handle the task.I was not in the least disappointed with my choice of the Kaller organization. The craftsmen were courteous,professional and tidy. The end product was better than expected.Highly recommended.

I just wanted to write a note to say thank you for the super job you did on our replacement siding & soffits. I would not hesitate to recommend you to our friends & family. Your attention to detail & my concerns were greatly appreciated. Your quick turn around time was amazing in that you were able to remove & replace 12 squares of siding & attach a soffit in 4 days.



I thought highly of your company from the first time I met your estimator Skip. He was very knowledgable & expressed pride in the company that was met by your workers on the job. Billy and his crew kept the job moving & the work site clean. He kept me informed of the progress of the job & he responded quickly to any concerns I might have had. He performed to the ecpectation that I had after talking to Skip about who would be in charge of my siding job.

Just a quick note to thank you and the entire team who helped reselve our 'problem shingle' situation. Everyone, from the initial call to the final nail being driven in, went out of their way to be courteous and helpful...AND...the outcome is picture perfect.



We especially want to thank the office team who worked with us in relaying messages and getting back to us promptly. Also, our thanks goes to Joe and the rest of his workmen who were all exceedingly helpful in getting the matter resolved to our satisfaction and did a great job in matching up the old (shingles) with the replacements.
