I've gone to Willis Nails for a while but haven't been in a while. My step mother went today and was upset because before she was able to give the tech a tip she was told by the tech how much tip she was to give him. Shouldn't that be up to the client? She was going to give him a tip of course anyway but I think it's the clients decision on how much not the tech. I just think it was very rude. She will never go back and neith will I.

The employee's and manager here are extemely rude!!!!!!!!
