we went yesterday got 2 pizzas at lunch time--and got home found 2 blond hairs in our pizza--we called back to talk to manager they hung up on us so im not to worried since i called health inspector on them--very unhealthy and unsanitary and management is kids and dont know what their doing

I always pick up my order because I too have experienced long waits for delivery. When I pick up my order is always done when they said it would be and the food is good. I am a patient person and don't really expect the World to wait on me like I am the only person in it! If the wait times are long they should say so and people can make a decision based on that information. It takes me literally 5 mins to pick my order up and be back. I am a fan of the way Pizza hut makes their crusts and that is why I choose them over others (lots of garlic and butter). I know my opinion may differ from others and that's ok, however if you want to be a disrespectful troll about it then you can pi-- up a rope!

Very disappointing. We order a pizza for delivery on a Wednesday at 6:45. They say it will be an hour and a half. It was. And the pizza and wings were ice cold. Next time we will pay a little more and get Papa John's.

This Pizza Hut takes forever to deliver a pizza. By the time it gets to you, it is very cold. They are always out of toppings, and sometimes out of pizza crust. Don't order online because they will call you at least 1-5 times to have you change something about your order. Expect to wait at least an 1 1/2 hours for your pizza... AFTER it is made.

Worst pizza place I have ever known of. Always running out of product (pepperoni, etc.), and genrally has to stop allowing deliveries around 8:30 due to have and hour and a half to two hour delivery times. How this store stays open is beyond me. Very, very poor management. My son worked here, and I made him quit, because I did not want him to be associated with them.
