I am the owner of Always In Bloom and I did hang up on this person. I've been in business eleven years, and that is because I love what I do. I thrive on going above and beyond to fulfill every request. But when someone phones me up on the busiest day of the year (Mothers Day) demanding a delivery and cursing at me when I said I couldn't guarantee it. I was being kind in his needs, but when the he started cursing me, I don't want that kind of business. Treat people the way you want to be treated!

I was trying to order flowers for my mother and the owner was very rude. She told me she did not want my business and hung up on me. Would highly recommend NOT using them at all.
