However it is highly noticable that this in particular Khols located in Willimantic, CT. does not interview or hire minorities. There was and is never any asian, indian, black or hispanic employees. Minorites need jobs too & want an equal opportunity to contribute their tax dollers to society as well. There are so many students as well who need jobs. Im not sure if this is solely an "in store" matter or if the Khols coorporation secretly has no problem with its stores being selective on job opportunities based on ones ethnicity, but We all know this is not right, its not fair and discrimination is illegal.
