Zemco Tool & Die opened in 1981 and became ISO 9001-2000 certified on December 19th, 2001. It has 32,000-square-feet of manufacturing space and an additional 60,000-square-feet for expansion. The company does assembly, stamping, machine build, design and build progressive dies, molds, semi and fully automatic assembly machines, jigs and fixtures. The company conditions and runs customer dies. All the company s toolmakers have completed its state certified 10,000-hour tool making apprenticeship program.
