I barely met either of the two auditors. In the house for less than 10 minutes, didn't hardly say a word to me. Left and undervalued the home by $30000. Heck, they wrote it would cost more to rebuild it than it was worth. A new home, in this market. Even the comps of homes that were worst than mine, were valued substantially higher than mine. Don't use this company at all cost.
