My wife and I ate at this restaurant today at 4:PM. We ordered Number1 without mayonaise and light on the condiments.. The condiments were dripping out of the sandwich, which to us didn't suggest they had added them lightly. One sandwich was order without cheese, but had cheese on it. The french fries were so salty that we could not eat them, , so re requested some with less sal;t. They made new unsalted french fries which were good but by the time we got the french fries the sandwiches were cold.. We have found that this particular restaurant frequently has extremely salty fries, so I guess we should have ordered differently in the beginning. We had our usual " Frosty`s", but. the cups were not quite full. We have been patronizing Wendy's for many years and realize that things are not always perfect, but this seemed a little extreme. We weren't given a sales slip so we had no number to contact and when we enquired about a "Comment Card" which usually are on the tables we were told by an employee that she would get one, but never received one. I realize on a scale of 1 - 10 in world events this doesn't really register a 1, but in our world today it was rather annoying. I know we will stop again and hope for everyone to be having a better day.
