My mouth is watering just thinking about Pierces. Best Barbecue Going! Walk up to the counter and order, they'll call you when its ready. Each sandwich is made to your liking.

The food is fantastic and the portions are big. Get the J.C. Special, it comes with sandwich fries and cookie. Dont forget the slaw on top of the sandwich.

I LOVE BBQ and any thing with a smokey flavor but I did not love my visit to Pierce's Pitt Bar-B-Que this past month.



Me and my wife decided to go hear for lunch during our honeymoon and I ordered the BBQ and she got the chicken strips. First off, the BBQ was not smokey at all, it was way to sweet. I was confused so I thought maybe it was the type of BBQ sauce so I tried the two (unlabeled) pumps on the bar area and found that they were also a sweet apple flavor. It is a popular place so maybe people who don't like traditional smoked BBQ will love it. My wife's chicken strips were just like frozen ones we could have bought at the store.



The dinning area was way to crowded, noisy, and unorganized. The atmosphere is better at most mcdonalds than it was at this restaurant.



I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Come see why people go out of their way to enjoy this barbecue. Delicious. Expect to wait a few moments as they prepare your sandwich to order. And dont forget the slaw on the bbq pork sandwich. :) If you miss this while visiting Williamsburg, you havent had the full Williamsburg experience.
