ok. so i don't want to seem biased, being that this is my mother and her business that the both of you are talking about. Correct, mr positive, she is Asian(correction), and therefore THAT mr/ms. negative will speak on her "incompetence". That negative comment proves that you don't have experience with anyone outside the United States, go explore the world and open your eyes to different means of speech and tone. You may have had a negative approach towards her from the beginning, from what I read in your comment, you judged her prior to her working with you. Hence, "incompetence." What I find is incompetent, is the fact that you prefer to belittle someone and put them on blast, when you may have had a bad day and wanted to make someone's day worst than yours. So whoever is reading this, put this in perspective; I'm not saying that my mother was right, she could've had a bad day too. But to judge a business based on negative comments, rather than constructive... is a fact of bad people skills. We weren't there.

I drive 45 Miles one way, to have this Lady tailor my suits, slacks, shirts, Braces for my trousers. She Is oriential, and my ears have an accent. If you will be patient with her, and not let yourself get frusterated with the slight language difference, you will be wonderfully pleased with the quality of work she and her apprentice turn out.



If she should tell you you should try something other than a size "D: you would be well advised to listen to her! She is a PROfessional PERIOD

The woman who runs this business is just awful. She's rude and appears to be imcompetent. I went in to get a bridesmaid's dress altered, and first she riduculed me for trying to fit in to that size dress. Then she screamed at me (in front of other customers) when I suggested adding more material to the dress to make it bigger. I ran out of there like a bat out of Hades.
