1. Company charged us for each man on our lawn per hour! When asked why we were charged 190.00 for one hour of services rendered-Anthony stated in the yelp reply-"it's simple math"!

2. Company charged us for leaf removal and lawn cutting. No leaf clearing took place.
Dan previously stated to wait until all leaves were off the trees and the company would clear leaves later and just cut the grass.

Break down of bill:

a. 70.00 for grass cutting-.46 acres (grass blown off driveway afterwards).

b. 120.00 for 3 man hours of leaf blowing!
Simply put-only two men were on our property and leaf blowing did not take place!
So our cost to remove leaves would cost us $40.00 per hour for each man worked. That's if there were actually three workers blowing leaves!

Watch your wallet with this company!
Also, customer service is horrible!!

I paid the $190.00 just to be rid of this company!!! Did not want any more harassment regarding the bill.

We asked local friends to refer us to a more experienced lawn service company, providing outstanding professionalism and expertise service! We got it now!!!!

I recently bought my house and the landscaping was pretty bad, such a beautiful house can be seen less than when the landscaping isn't done. I called around and did my research. I called A plus landscaping and I couldn't believe how much the other companies were quoting me in comparison to A plus landscaping. The owner gave me a quote, he realized that he over quoted me (once the job was done) not only did he tell me he over quoted me he gave me money back. He called me and let me know as soon the job was done and to call him if I had any questions or concerns. When I got home I couldn’t believe the difference. I had to back out of my driveway and make sure I was in the correct house. I recommend A plus landscaping to anyone and everyone, There work is top notch! The owner does all estimates him self and he will not over sell you, he's only going to sell you what you need. If you aren't calling A Plus Landscaping for a quote you are doing your landscaping a disservice.

I just bought a business and contacted A plus to manage the landscaping and yard. I have been very impressed with the work. The crew has been professional and work without interfering in the business. They have been dependable and like clockwork when it comes to maintenance. The pruning and trimming was just performed and the owner came out to inspect the work. He thought there were areas that could be done better and had the crew come out and prune to his standards. I thought the first pruning was great, but even better after the owner had them get it up to his standards. Dealing with the owner has been great he gave me different options and his prices are competitive with other landscaping crews. I have been extremely happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone who wants a dependable landscape company to manage your property. Being a new business owner its nice to have one thing off my plate and know that it will be taken care of without any worries!

We live out of state and were looking for a reputable company to manage our lawn. I would never recommend this company to anyone! One day our yard was plush and green and the next it was scalped and brown with grass clippings blown into our flower beds. The company sent us a message to let us know our grass was cut and attached an invoice; however, they did not include any pictures. I guess they didn't think we would have anyone check behind them. The same day they cut our yard, both my neighbor and realtor called to tell us how bad our yard looked and our neighbor sent pictures of areas where the grass was cut down to the dirt, swirl marks from the mowers were embedded in the grass, flower beds were a mess, and water spouts where not reconnected after they were taken off. When we contact the company, the owner was insistent that he had to cut the grass that short because the height was not healthy (never had any problems with this height for the last 2 years we were in the house). He also said the grass was 7inches tall so it was impossible to only trim it; a totally ridiculous claim based on pictures our neighbors took the day prior to the company cutting the grass.. The end result was we agreed to pay if the owner would come out and mulch the beds. He mulched all but 1 and never responded to the message we sent requesting he finish the job. I'm not sure if this company was trying to get over on us because we are out of state but what I do know is that they totally and completely negated the time and energy we took to make our yard beautiful. Weeks later our grass is still brown and scalped in certain areas.
