Very unprofessional! We applied for a mobile home Linda had for rent. We paid $50.00 for the application and never heard back one way or the other. If we pay $50.00 to apply for a place, at least have the decency to let us know, even if we didn't get it. We called 2 or 3 times and still no answer. She said she had not decided yet. Another week went by and we called again and she had disconnected the number. What kind of business does that??? In hindsite, glad we didn't get it. Wouldn't want to rent from someone who runs their business that way....

We rented a home in horrible repair on Jess Road and put down new carpet and paint throughout the home. The total cost of over five thousand dollars. We also put wall paper border in every room. When we moved we forgot some things in the house. They were things from my mother who passed away. In spite of all the money we invested in the home Linda wouldn't give us our belongings. She is a cold heartless woman who invests nothing in her properties.Please don't rent from her to avoid all the pain I have gone through.
