Over 20 years in Williams and 20 years with Superior. Not one issue to complain about. Delivery service has always been satisfactory and minor issues have been taken care of to my satisfaction. Would always recommend Superior to potential
clients.

Worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Horrible. Dishonest. Won't return calls. We purchased our home and propane was part of our purchase. Seller did not claim propane as part of her remaining property. Yet Superior Propane still tried to force me to pay for propane I already bought. They spoke to my Realtor who informed them clearly that they were in the wrong. The title agent informed them of the same thing. They stopped returning my calls. They then sent police to remove the tank without even one day's notice. They lied to the police and showed them a bogus letter that was never mailed to me. If zero stars was an option, they would get zero stars. Dishonest to the core. Avoid at any cost.

Bad Bad service!!!!!! Try someone else!!! Alert Alert!!! Do not use this propane service. You will regret it.

I love Superior Propane, they have a great hometown feel and their staff truly cares about me and their other customers. Their prices are the best around and their service is top quality. Anyone who talks bad about this company must not pay their bills, because I have had nothing but great service, prices and customer service.

Their staff treats their customers very poorly (they are not friendly and have always treated me rudely on the phone from day one.) They also do not communicate well with each other at all, one person will tell you this, and then when you speak with someone else, (they have no idea what the other person told you), and tell you have to do something different and that they do not believe you when you try to explain to them that the other person told you this. They talk down to you and do not respect their customers at all. I DREADED having to call them. It was so bad I had to go elsewhere. Price is cheaper than most, but its not worth how they treat you. Zero customer appreciation here :(

After calling around for a new propane company I chose Superior Propane. Their customer service is awesome and it made me feel like I mattered and wasn't one of a gazillion customers, not to mention they had the best pricing.

They were charging me 4.10 a gallon, I switched to Titan Propane at 2.64 a gallon.Titan Propane 526-3147 call these guys if you want a good price per gallon.Eddie

Superior Propane provided service to me at a moments notice and really got me out of a jam. The staff was friendly and helpful.
