I booked a party bus through Buttered Toast Productions 2 weeks ago. The price was right for my group and the bus was nice. Our chauffeur was actually extremely nice and polite throughout the entire trip and I had only good things to say about this company, at first. I noticed I was charged an additional $75 on my credit card with no explanation from the company or breakdown of expenses (an email would have been nice). I emailed John, an employee, and inquired about these charges. I was simply wondering if something had been broken, etc. He replied stating that the company states in their contract they can charge upwards of $100 for "glass and mirror cleaning." He stated because the bus driver said my group was very polite and careful the company decided to only charge me $75. His exact statement in my email is a $75 charge because of "handprints and fingerprints on the glass and mirrors." Seems like an excuse to scrape out as much money as possible don't you think? Beware of this company unless you plan on spending an additional $75-100 at which case, this place is very overpriced then.
