The Wikes-Barre Post Office needs to get their act together! I am tired of receiving other people's mail and having my mail that I was waiting for delivered to another address. You can not speak to anyone all their phone lines including the operator if they even have one tells you mailbox full try your call later!! Terrible Service! If they don't want to do their job fire them and hire people that will do the job for the money and benefits they get. Short staffed How much does the Post Master make for not running this place in a efficient quality way? Just what does this person do? Are they aware of all the complaints they are getting? No wonder they were one of the locations that were to be closed!! They get a double thumbs down from me.

Absolutely horrible place waited for hours for the guy to check if a package was at there location. What kind of place does this.!!

They are very fast comparitive to the long lines that form ... very curtious . Always individulize even if the line is long behind you .....

Disappointed. You run a campaign to stamp out hunger and I leave a bag of food on my porch at 7 am. Mail didn't come until 9, food still there. Left it there Monday, still there. On Tuesday, I put a big fluorescent pink note on it for the letter carrier and on Wednesday I put the food back in my cupboards. From now on I will make my donations elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.
