Samsung directed us to JC appliance service company. They were able to help me with all of my questions, worked with out crazy schedule and came out fast to help fix our dishwasher! Highly recommend using JC appliance.

I started a repair request through Samsung for a fridge that wasn't cooling. They forward it to JC Appliance for action. Two weeks in I get a notice that they've cancelled the repair. I initiate a new repair request and again hear nothing so call after a week and am told that they haven't even looked at the ticket yet. I explained that it's now been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing and they respond that they are too busy to look at incoming business. I explained that this was poor customer service to leave someone waiting when there is no intention of making contact, especially as the repair was for a house with a newborn infant (fridge is a must). They told me to go find someone else if I didn't like it and hung up.

I had a problem with my Samsung dishwasher and they contracted with JC appliance for repairs. 3 days went by and I never heard from them despite leaving several messages. Finally a gentleman called me back. He was both rude and ignorant. His words exactly, " dishwasher", I'm busy with refrigeration and air- conditioners and your worried about a dishwasher. He then hung up.

Handles on a new Samsung double wall oven had to be replaced due to manufacture defect. Jc appliance came to replace them. Couldn’t fix one so he had to order an entire new door. Got the call to schedule repair service while I was at a hockey game. Couldn’t hear a word he said do I kept asking him to call me later that evening. He didn’t call. I called Monday and Tuesday with no return call. Lowe’s called him for me and he was extremely rude to the manager patti. He said he. Returned the door and hung up on her. I called back and he admitted only calling to schedule on Sunday and that he was done. I have also complained to Samsung about his service and treatment of customers. Would never recommend this company. Told Samsung to send someone else.

Had a warranty issue with my new microwave. Samsung sent out JC for the warranty issue. JC came out three times with the wrong part which isn’t even my issue because that could have been Samsung fault. Although you’d think they’d double check that after this happened two and three times. My issue is that stopped returning all of my calls. Numerous messages not returned over 3 months. I called Samsung to have her open a new ticket and sure enough they chose JC again. This time he did call again and said he wouldn’t perform the work and I would have to call Samsung. Was extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid JC at all costs! I filed complaint with Samsung to stop having them use this company as a repair service.

Worst company I had to deal with in a long time. Comes out to my house on a Monday morning tells me he will call me in the afternoon from there I had to call them around 15 times before they finally called me back just to tell me my dryer that the drum weld split on is not a defect REALLY

Jason, We are sorry to hear your upset with our service. Unfortunately, we are only the servicer, we do have to go by the manufactures guidelines. Also when working on a 3 year old unit, the manufacturing company has the final word on any replacement parts. And we also advise customer to use any extended warranty service they have on their appliances.
