Stay away!! The food was awful...

Stay away!! The food was awful. The pasta tasted as though they hadn't properly rinsed the pot after washing it. I swear everyone at my table could taste dish soap in the pasta. Apart from that, the rest of the meal was just about inedible.

Apart from the taste issues, the restaurant packs more tables into it's small space than can comportably fit. People have to pay at the register rather than paying their server which complicates the space issue. Large groups waiting to pay practically lean on your table. I nearly lost my soda glass to the swishing backside of a teen girl waiting on line with her family at the register.

All ingredients are not listed on the menu, and they add some strange things to certain dinners. I happen to BE Italian, and so noticed the difference. If you're looking for a specific dish and find yourself at Carini's, you can expect random things (like spinach) to show up in dishes not normally known for containing them. If you have a food allergy of any kind, make sure you ASK about the contents of your meal.

All in all, I was severely underwhelmed. If you want pizza or a sandwich, you might be okay. Pizza's a little greasy, but par for the course here in Wildwood. If you want an italian dinner...go to Little Italy or The Ravioli House. For great value for your money, you can try Nino's in North Wildwood.
