contacted Gary June 15th for estimate. Arrived the 17th. told him we are selling, and would like a small rock river surrounded by woodchip. During the estimate, he Insisted that we would want to install all rock and add plants and run new drip irrigation. declined those options but when I received my bid June 19th it included all rock with new plants and drip irrigation. He forgot to include one item that we had discussed.

After my wife and I reviewed the bed I contacted him June 20th with the edits and a reminder to include missing item. no response. called June 22nd. no answer. follow up email Requesting updated quote. Got text on June 23rd To set a date for the work To be done on June 28th. I confirmed the date and asked again about the details and updated quote But he did not respond to those messages.

I heard from Gary again on June 25th to let me know that he would price out the missing project "tomorrow" (26th), To which I agreed with but asked again about the change in details regarding the plants and rock in the original quote. This time I text him pictures of 2 examples of a "rock river" And but once again he never responded. On the 26th I received an email saying that he would price out the missing project "Tomorrow " (now the 27th) and asked for a list of all the projects that I would like done (already provided at least twice). So on that same day, the 26th, I sent him a list of all of the projects that I would like done. And requested, again, an updated bid when this was priced out.

Didn't hear from Gary until the 28th. he told me he was confused about what we wanted done with rock vs. Mulch and told me he couldn't do the job until it was priced out. This time I told him I had already given pictures, but included them again, and had pointed out that I had been asking these questions for days, but explained it again. With no response Gary decided not to show up today.

TL/DR Gary drug his feet and jerked us around for 14 days only to not show up.
