This "association" is horrible, and has no empathy for its patients. They are very unorganized and don't know what's going on from one hour to the next. I was told they had an open appointment for surgery on the 7th of October, and that they could schedule me for then. Today 2 days before surgery they call me saying I need to be scheduled for surgery and when I told them I already had an appointment for the 7th they said no and if I wanted that open slot I'd need to go pay 140.00 dollars for a rapid results covid test. Which the closest available place to do one even if i was going to pay is in Westminster, over 65 miles away and there still no guarantee they'd have the results in time for this Thursday. So after being on the phone all day with them trying to figure everything out they finally come back with well were going to refer you back to your gp to find someone else to help you. So I went 2 days away from getting surgery that is needed, to having to start all over from the beginning. Like I said these people are horrible and should have no place in the medical industry. If your doctor says they are going to refer you to them, just kindly asked to be sent somewhere else. Because when it comes to surgery you want somone who cares, and is a true professional. And these are not those people.
