I was impressed with the simplicity yet prompt service I received from Matt today. I called for pricing information and left him a message to call me back. This time of year and with my experience in landscaping, I fully expected to receive a call later today if not tomorrow since I was calling at 9am and most contractors are in the field alot earlier than that. Within 15 min, I received a call back from Matt. His message didn't indicate the pricing I requested, but rather a request for me to call him back. I called him back and at "that" point he gave me the pricing, availability, etc. The effort he made to acutally have a conversation and be available for further inquiry made it more personal and direct. He also offered a competitive price. Look forward to working with you.
