Don't waste your time here. The receptionist, who was also the assistant (?) was rude. I walked in, (I realize this isn't kosher in the medical world), but I thought I'd give it a try. Even though they were open, the doctor wasn't even there. When I tried to schedule an appointment for what worked in my schedule, he wasn't going to be in then either. How am I supposed to be impressed when the veterinarian doesn't work? I'll stick with Heartland. They care.

They were very nice and helpful. Dr. showed me around, explained the services they offer. My dog liked them, he wasn't as stressed as he usually gets with the old doctor.

In light of the last two reviews, I am compelled to give my personal experiences with Willowbend and Dr. J. I have close friends of mine, who had a very sick dog, with very complex health issues. Though the professional and expert treatment and advise of Dr. J, he is still alive after a year and thriving. This led me to seek this Dr. out as i had a very sick, 15 yr. old cat. Through his thoughtful and expert advise my cat has completely turned around and is better than he has been in years.

I am very satisfied with Willowbend's prices. I have to say, they may not be as inexpensive as some vets, but the costs are by far and away better that what i was paying. I thought the price was very reasonable. I have found the staff to be friendly and happy to meet all my needs. Dr. Johnson is a very comprehensive, doctor. He thinks everything through and shares each aspect with you. I have found him to be very respectful and professional. I will continue taking my pets there and recommend Willowbend to others.
