Fantastic colorist, Jane has cut and styled my hair for over 10 years! She's helped my transition thru many styles, colors and helped me highlight my hair when I went natural white. She's always known what's best for my hair. I've sent many people to her and they were very pleased. Great stylist!

The previous reviewers should know that the phone number they called belonged to Jane and Lori personally. All THEIR clients called them on that line. Evidentally these reviewers had just anyone cut their hair instead of having a regular stylist. When Jane and Lori moved from Kool Kutz they took THEIR number with them to their new salon. They can't help that the phone number remained in the phone book under Kool Kutz- the phone book doesn't get reprinted everytime someone moves their business and in this case not only moved but changed names.



I have been a client of Jane's for 14 years and I am extremely picky about who does my hair! If Jane isn't available to do my hair the only other person I will have do it is Lori! I highly recommend them both, so much so that friends of mine from the East side drive over to the West side to have their hair done by these ladies. Actually I have family members 8 hours away that drive down here to have their hair done at Wild Roots! Jane cut and colored my hair in way that I was able to manage it while I was away for 3 mos. last summer!

I don't know of too many other stylist that could or would do that!

Anyone who says that Jane and Lori are unprofessional in anyway evidentally doesn't know these two ladies at all! They run their business in a very professional and client friendly manner. Your satisfaction is their goal!

I am so glad to finally see Jane and Lori working their own business instead of helping run some other stylist problem salon!

I agree with the last reveiw. I had the exact same problem and felt very dumb, walking in thinking I had an appointment.

I've been trying to call Kool Kutz Salon and reached this Salon by mistake. They didn't tell me any different when I made the appoointment. I showed up at Kool Kutz Salon where I thought I had made the appointment in the first place. I was upset when they told me they didn't have me down. I told them I called and whom I talked to and they figured it out. They told me they had been trying to change the number in the phone book, but was having a hard time getting thru to the phone book, they were'nt Jane and Lori and they needed to take their number off Kool Kutz Salon. I understood where they were coming from. You would think as a business owner that Wild Roots would have taken care of this when they opened their Salon. Any other Salon would have made this clear. This is bad business, it is taking away from another business falsely using their business name. I will never go to Wild Roots because of the way they have chosen to run their business...
