Courteous and efficient service reps. Did a good job as far as I can tell.

It is such a relieve to know that the treatments will be done at the correct time. I don't have to arrange or re-arrange my schedule to accommodate weather conditions to apply anything to the yard. When I come home from work at the end of a long day it puts a smile on my face to see the sign on the edge of the drive indicating that Trugreen has been there and serviced the lawn and it will be ready to water tomorrow. If I see any issues like a yellow dandelion flower in the middle of the yard between treatments, all I have to do is call Trugreen and they will promptly send out my agent to take care of the problem. I don't have to inventory any chemicals or application supplies and I get to enjoy the green grass all spring, summer and fall. It is truly worry free!

Always comes when scheduled. Polite personell. . Always closes the gates when leaving..

I had lawn care, shrub and tree care and aeriation. Can't complain about any of it except it is pretty expensive. Can't do it in my later years because of it. Do you have a senior discount. Am 75+.

What was stated in the original agreement was fulfilled through the season. Much happier with my yard than at the beginning of this year.

The lawn is looking pretty good for this time of year. The specialist shows up when promised and is pretty quick with his work. I don't know this new guy as up until this year I had Rod do my lawn for many years and got to know him well,

I am very proud of my yard. You guys are great! I like the reminders I get on my phone to let me know you are coming. You are always here when you say you will be. I like how on the recite you tell me what you have done. I have a little dog and none of this ever brother her.

The gentleman that does our lawn is always friendly but is professional. Seems to care about his job and knows what is needed to take care of our lawn. I feel like we get a good value for the price of the lawn service especially the discount we receive paying in full at the beginning of the lawn care year. We have had TruGreen in the past at our other home in a different city so was inclinded to use TruGreen when we moved to Derby.

love my tree man, George C. tried to go online with trugreen to let them know, but ignorant about how to set up for feedback. George is very helpful and knowable, i give him a 10, or an A+

We recently had our lawn aerated and overseeded. It is lush and beautifully green! We also have our trees and shrubs treated and they look great. Every time someone walks up to our front door they comment on how beautiful our lawn and plants look! And the best part - we don't have to do anything but water and mow. TruGreen takes care of all the rest.

The aeration was done, as scheduled, without me having to be present. As usual, there was no disruption to my yard or fence, and the gate was securely latched once the work was done. No damage was done to any sprinkler heads. Work was completed well, as expected.

I was not present however the yard looks better and mostly free of weeds. Weed control is my primary concern. Looks good at this stage and I appreciate your efforts.

Lawn looks good and is consistent with other lawns in the neighborhood, including some which use other lawn services.

I am very happy so far with our service. This is our first full year and the lawn is looking better and better all the time.

I appreciate the young man who services my lawn and the TruGreen company he works for. I am elderly and am unable to do the work that is needed; but want to have a lawn that is nice to look at and walk through. Leaving it up to this company gives me the comfort knowing that all is being done to keep my lawn healthy.
