In all of my experiences with then, they have never tried to up-sell me. They inform me of the state of the issues they have found and give me my options.

My AC has been out all Winter, and now that the heat is coming, I knew it was time to get it looked at. After being outraged by the first quote I got, I came here and was much more satisfied. I agreed to have Tracy's to the ac repairs and have been very grateful ever since.

I have been doing business here for the past few years now and have been been very pleased with the repairs. The pricing is great and they have kept our cars in excellent condition.

I run a small business and we have the guys at Tracy's do the maitenance on our fleet vehicles. They are always willing to get my men in and out quick, which I just cannot say how much I appreciate.

This is a great company that does some great work on our company cars. I would definitely recommend.

Beware, we took my daughters 2005 Ford Escape in because we had a knocking sound coming from the engine, the car now has 168,000 miles. The next day they called and told me it needed 3 out of the 4 engine mounts replaced, for roughly $550, then I had a rear seal and something else minor wrong for another $2-300. I questioned whether the engine mounts would really fix the knocking we heard, I was assured it would. Oh and I should probably consider a tune-up for $340,, I inquired what it would cost to replace only the four spark plugs, he said $120 because they were SPECIAL???? I wanted it fixed so I authorized the work.



The next morning they called and said when they took the top engine mount off and found that the connection point to the engine was broken. Which is the Aluminum timing belt cover, which would cost $3-400??, and while they are there, we might as well change the timing melt for another $2-300?? (not sure what he quoted). I told him I'd come by to look at it. When I got there, I see the top engine bracket laying there, I looked at it and asked him to show me what was wrong, because it looked fine to me. He then showed me the broken part of the cover plate, which to me looked like a fresh break, but one bolt was fine, the second was only partially broken, I told him we are not replacing it. Then I told him to not replace the top engine mount. Oh and to NOT do anything else other than the plug change.



We go to pick it up the next day, $748 is the total, he brings the car around and my wife and I both hear the same knocking in the engine. I asked him how in the hell we can go from this noise to now spending $748 and it didn't help the problem...."ohm let me go get the mechanic" . He tells us he never heard that, I called BS, I've heard it every time my daughter brought the car over for the last 2-3 weeks. They NOW said oh that's in the engine, probably a rod, again I asked HOW THE HELL DO YOU MISS THIS? I said, had you told me that, I wouldn't have spent a dime and would trade it in for something else. How the hell can you call yourself a mechanic and miss this???? Now I've been trying to talk with the owner (Richard) and service guy (Derek) and can't even get the owner to call me back. The service desk jockey tells me the other night (after I called back the 4th time) that the owner mentioned they have no refund policy, so they can't do anything. I told him I'm coming down there to talk face to face with the owner.



My advice if you choose to risk using them is you better check out the car and make sure it's fixed before you pay them. My advice is show them how WORD OF MOUTH WORKS!

Thank you for the spectacular work you guys did. My car drives like it's brand new again. I really appreciate the quick and friendly service. I will definitely be back. Hopefully not too soon though.

They do a VERY good job here! I can always count on them to give my car the best care possible for a good price.

Came to this shop for the first time to get a check up, and absolutely loved it. They did an oil change and rotated and balanced my tires for such a great deal, and they worked really fast. I was super impressed. I will definitely be back.

I'm not a car gal, nor do I usually feel comfortable when I'm talking with mechanics, but every time I go to Tracy's I feel like I'm getting good work at a fair price. The first time I brought my car in it was the Friday before a holiday weekend, and they stayed after hours to make sure I had my car back asap. They are nice, friendly, and is straightforward when it comes to their work. They don't try to sell you on things you don't need, and they charge a good rate for the work that needs to get done.

I have been taking my 2003 Honda into Tracy's Auto for nearly 2 years now. the staff there are always patient, trustworthy and honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They have saved me hundreds of dollars on service. It is well worth a visit.

I was definitely not disappointed. Tracy's Automotive will literally bend over backwards to make sure that your car is properly serviced, that you pay as little as possible and that all of your questions are answered. He will also take the time to explain what he did to your car, why he did it and even the engineering background if you're interested.

Tracy's Automotive does great work, they are quick, knowledgeable and very honest. It's great to find an auto repair shop that you can trust!!

Awesome work done to my precious car. I love it when I get the best service and deals in town. These prices are wonderfully cheap. They do the most amazing job.

I really appreciate the honesty and thorough service Tracy's Auto provides. My car was on the verge of being "totaled" due to some timing belt, and water pump issues, but Tracy's Auto saved my car and me from having to to spend a fortune. They took really good care of me, and I really appreciate it. I will always recommend their services to everyone.

Terrific service! My husband researched a lot about getting the engine repairs - quality of service, price & speed. They were great and we'll definitely be back.

This place was great! I went in for an alignment and to have a vibration checked out after my wife hit a curb with the help of some ice. They didn't give me any BS or try to up-sell me. They can do all the servicing on my car so I will definitively be back there again.

I really appreciate the staff here. They are always courteous and professional. I went to them for a wheel alignment and they did an excellent job and got me and out. Thank you so much for making this so seem less for me.

The staff at Tracy's automotive has great communication so there was no mix-up when they switched mechanics the next day and that also gets extended to the customer. I appreciate all that they did for me.
