Several have probably wondered why someone could hold a grudge against a florist. Perhaps they too had driven part time and had a money floral arrangement made, that was unrecognizable as a flower arrangement, and then never received their $38.52, refund, as promised repeatedly, after returning the crafting materials. Or perhaps they, too were gullible enough and unaware that the owner inherited the floral shop and is an engineer and real estate investment owner, who upon showing the overpriced property at 765 S. Hillside, Wichita, questioned the potential renters invention , and business ideal, and then had it produced, down to the last detail, and immediately patented. And instead of being charged with Tortious Interference, the owner threatens any similar designs, with Patent Infringement. Anyone who trusts that florist/engineer with a credit card, or purchases flowers should be concerned that their transactions, or the designed arrangements may not be delivered as proposed.
