Stovers was a great help to a very stressful day. They came the same day I called and within a 90 minutes they where already at work at my house. Preston was great help in explaining everything and I would recommend to anyone.

Stepping off our bottom basement step early one morning I was greeted by an inch plus of water throughout our basement from a faulty hot water heater that had spewed water virtually all night long. After the initial search and discovery mode I quickly shut the main water valve, grabbed a squeege and started pushing water in the direction of our sump pump. The realization, like the proverbial young Dutch boy who tried to plug the hole in the dam saga immediately hit me. There was no way I could begin to make even the slightest progress moving the what seemed like thousands of gallons to our sump pump. Regaining my senses We needed to contact our insurance company and discover our options available. Not that this person was unconcerned, but inderstandably it was not his basement that was flooded. Yes, they would contact a business that dealt with disasters of this type and have them contact me. When, was my next question since it was still very early morning? “Not sure it depends on when I can get ahold of someone there,” he answered.
Everyone knows that even after the source of leak was stopped the longer the water stands the more damage that occurs. Luckily a couple of doors down I have a neighbor who is an employe of Stover’s Restoration. When I called Denise she was at the gym, but she immediately stopped her workout and in less than thirty minutes Stover’s Restoration was in my basement starting as their name implies, restore and fix my water disaster. Justin was our lead person, and he was so professional and so friendly I knew immediately we were in great hands and had no doubt they would return our basement to its original pre-leakage status. He and Shawn worked diligently for multi-hours to extract the water, virtually triage the worst areas, like inside interior walls and rearranging furniture to expediate the process. What a relief to have professionals assuring us they had everything covered, which included documenting the damage for our insurance provider and maticulously explaining what they were doing as well as the why they were doing it. Soon they had seventeen fans two large heater/dehumidifiers in operation. It took six days but our basement is dry once again, thanks to Justin and Stover’s Restoration. I also did not realize they will return when we are ready for them to shampoo and restretch our carpeting, thoroughly clean all areas that were damaged, everything needed to make our basement area even better and cleaner then it was prior to the leakage.
If you are unforunate and need the services like mine you have the choice to call who you want, and I would highly recommend STOVER’S RESTORATION! They are quick, they are professional, they are friendly, they will immediately provide you with a sense of relief in a very stressful situation, and they return daily to inspection the progress needed to return your property back to its original condition. They are prompt and professional. They reviewed damage and explained what was required to fix or water problem.

We came home from working at the Kansas State Fair this last September to find leakage in the kitchen floor. We had a plumbing problem. Stover's responded immediately at Midnight on a weekend. Their technicians , Tyler and Cori, were very professional and courteous. They also helped with all my insurance questions. I highly recommend this business.
