Very disappointing!!!! I will most likely never go back. I would rather pay more, than get the service I got today!!! I live very nearby and have been using this car wash for years and have had very good service. Today, the automatic car wash shut down in the middle while my car was being washed. Everything turned off and I had only gotten the soap on my car. I looked for a phone number to call to say that the machine was not acting right and found no number. I went online and found a number and after waiting for close to 6 minutes, decided that no one was going to answer. I would have left a message, but that option was not available. I am sorry to say that after living near this car wash for the past 16 years, I will not be returning, I would rather pay a little more and know that my entire car will be washed. I basically wasted $10 and will have to get my car washed again, since it did not happen here.

I love this wash. I have gone to other carwashes but this one is my favorite. I lost my money in a vac once and they wers quick to answer my call. I usually get the $12 wash and love it. I read the other reviews and it say right on the wash box not a charger.

laser wash does not give change or receipt. And it is pretty meh for wash. You are better off washing it yourself.

laser wash does not give change and does not give receipt. No one answers the phone when you try to call. You will be better off washing it yourself. Not cleaning very will. For the high end wash, I still had to wash many areas myself. Waste of your money.
