I bought a very nice refrigerator from Sears less than a year ago. The water line keeps freezing up causing the water to stop working and the ice machine as well. I have had a serviceman at my house at least 8 times for this and every time the Sears rep on the phone tells me that the next time Sears will replace the fridge. I have had nothing but terrible service from the Sears people who I speak to on the phone. The men who have come out to my house have been very nice and informative, but they do not work for Sears themselves. And my fridge has not been replaced so I do not have filtered water or an ice machine for Christmas tomorrow. I will never purchase a large appliance from Sears again and I'll recommend the same for my friends and family. I am just as busy as the next person, I don't have time to take off work 8 times in a year to have someone come out and NOT fix the problem.
