We have used them in the past and they were wonderful. Last night they charged us $50.00 to take us home and the price used to be $16.00, what a ripoff.

My 4yr old and myself got a ride from the owner of 'Safe riders' (what a name) he drove literally 5miles dropped us off at Walmart and i paid in advance to pick us back up in an hour $25 was given, car seat was left and he NEVER showed up. I even called to remind him, informed him my phone would be dead soon and I already paid so I would be stuck if he didn't come he assured me he was coming because of this me an my son were stranded in an unfamiliar town, freezing with noone to call and two groceries carts full of food that was going bad we were stuck from 7:30pm until MIDNIGHT. Over 4hrs. Thank you safe riders for ur services, taking my money and stealing my car seat. On top of this I contacted him and he made an excuse instead of apologizing WOW!! DON'T USE THIS CAB COMPANY!!

SafeRiders overcharged me $50. The manager STEVEN told me on several phone conversations that he would refund my money but never did. It was a different excuse everytime on why I did not receive a refund. He is very shady I do not recommend using SafeRiders. I have heard of others getting ripped off as well. Stay away from SafeRiders!!
