I had an issue with the alterations place I originally went to for my wedding dress. Was so upset 3 days before the wedding I went out and bought a new dress from Dress Gallery. They sent me here for my alterations. I was awed at the speed in which the alterations were done and the quality was great. However, the way in which both of them spoke to me would be considered rude in most social circles. I believe it was probably cultural difference. I hope they see this and take it into consideration when handling customers because the end result was awesome.

Quick Stitch is a bad company to do business with. They belittle their customers. They get an F- when it comes to their embroidery work. The first time they inverted the colors of my logo. You would think it would be pretty obvious, but I'm guessing not to them. The 2nd time they tried the logo had blue in the logo (my logo is black and gold). I took it back because he said they were going to remove the blue. They ended up destroying the shirt. They finally got it right after the 3rd shirt. If you're on any kind of a time frame DO NOT USE THEM! We finally got fed up with the multiple weeks he took to turn stuff around and the ridiculous excuses we continued to get. When he was trying to fix my (1) item it took him almost 30 days. The staff also is incredibly rude. Every time I talked to the owner I got a different excuse why my shirt was not ready. I made a total of 4 trips over there to "attempt" to get my shirt when the OWNER told me it was going to be done.

The owner of this establishment (Juliana's husband) ASSAULTED MY HUSBAND outside of their alterations shop!! My husband and I had gone there to request a refund for a job very poorly done on my wedding dress. Juliana would take absolutely NO responsibility for the things she did to my dress. She didn't tack the lace back down, tack the waist belt back down, or glue the sequins and beads back on, and she sewed the zipper from the back to the armpit, which caused it to be raised in the back, a giant bump. We asked for a refund and the man accused us of wanting a refund from the moment we first walked into the shop. I have no idea where he got that from but that was obviously not true! He said there was a no refund policy and that there was no need for a refund anyway, as though my dress was fine. As we were leaving he had a few choice words for us and we returned them, then walked out to our car. He followed us out and yelled that we were "cheap bitches," then demanded that we apologize to him. My husband absolutely refused, and I threatened to record the rest of it on my phone if he continued to cuss and yell at us. He got in my face, yelling, whereupon my husband yanked open the shop door and told him to get back inside immediately. He then PUNCHED AND SLAPPED my husband, who then fought back! Charges were not pressed only because my husband hit him back, but I think it's pretty clear my recommendation is to NEVER visit this place! They're nice as can be when you enter, but if you have any issues caused by Juliana, her husband, or her staff, you may be treated with disrespect and possibly even violence!

I have been using Quickstitch for almost a year now. The last time I took my clothes in there the product was terrible. My $200 jeans were too long. It looked like nothing had been done. My boyfriend's jacket was not stitched back together and my instructions on what to do with it were no followed. I asked for a refund on the jacket since it was done completely opposite of my instructions and the owner was very rude and unhelpful. He actually told me to go through his paper slips to find the transaction. It was the worst customer service I have ever had. This is the 2nd place in Wichita that has messed up my clothing. I will not use them again. What happened to the customer is always right?? There were no apologies. I am very unhappy! All I needed was an admission things were wrong, an apology and a refund.

Quickstitch is the best alterations place in Wichita. I had my wedding dress altered there, and she was able to do it in less than a week. It was so incredibly beautiful and fit like a glove! It couldn't have been any better. The woman who did my measuring and who was also the one that altered my dress gave me great advice and did everything in her power to make my dress look perfect. She even had suggesions that I hadn't really thought of, or didn't really bother me, but she made everything look flawless.I also always take any jeans or pants that I need the hem taken up, and they do such a great job there. They are so nice and friendly there. I will never go anywhere else to get my clothes altered!

Quickstitch altered my bridal gown and my husband's suit for our wedding this summer. My dress fit me like a glove, and my husband's suit looked so professional! They went out of their way to make the alterations/wedding prep process easier for me--rescheduling on short notice when I couldn't make it to an appointment, making suggestions without pressuring me to do anything extra, and recommending other local vendors for other items that I needed. They really tried to help us stay within our budget and treated us like we had been customers for years even though we were visiting for the first time. I will take all of my alterations to Quickstitch from now on, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Quickstitch does an EXCELLENT job... VERY personable and friendly. They know your name when you walk through the door.. they get you right in and fix your clothes, then your on your way!! :) GREAT Customer Service and inexpensive.
