I want to start off by saying Thank you pro garage Door Service. I trusted all the various reviews, and they were totally on-point. I was painting the walls in the garage when I saw the board the springs were bolted to was not attached right and was splitting in two. They showed up and replaced the wooden board and screwed it down tight and connected everything back. They even lubed all moving parts and it sounds quieter now. Very friendly serviceman, would totally use them again no problem. pro garage door repair is going to have my business for years to come.

My garage door wouldn't shut closed due to a loose panel section. Thanks to all of you who previously reviewed this business. you made it very easy to make a choice. PGDR gave me a 2 hour window and actually arrived early. (Brian called and said he could arrive early). Brian was very nice and competent, fixing it and tuning it up in less than an hour. I'm quite pleased with the service and the cost of the repair. And when he had finished, I asked him if he could just do one more little thing for me, he replied yes without a second thought. I just need to have the connection on my remote keypad freed up so I could re-locate it). Good guy and quality company!

Our garage door spring broke , so I looked on online to find instructions on how to replace it ourselves. After watching more videos, this repair seemed beyond our abilities. Looked in the yellow pages and saw an advertisement for Pro garage Door service. I called them and they quoted me a much lower price to fix the spring and rewind the cables. Brian arrived and what a nice guy. I showed him our beat-up garage and told him what little I had learned about springs. He got right to work. It was hot out that afternoon, and he had to deal with some angry wasps that nested behind the walls of our garage. What a trooper! He finished in less than an hour, lubed all our little roller wheels and greased the tracks. Also included was a 10 year warranty! I totally agree with their other’s reviews of this company. They made a unpleasant surprise problem into a surprisingly pleasant experience. This is the way business should be done.

Another happy customer here! I chose these guys because of the super reviews from many other pleased customers and I'm very happy with the work by Jonathan at Pro Garage Door. I called late afternoon and left a message. A nice lady called me back in the morning of the next day to schedule an appointment. Jonathan showed up exactly on time and finished within the hour. Not only did he reattach the cable back to the drum on the left side of the garage door, he also addressed the cause of the problem by adjusting the rails and oiled all the moving parts. Thanks Jon! Highly recommend this business that has been doing this over 10 years!!

These guys are terrific. There's a reason why everyone gives them 5 stars. Great communication and nice, easy-going guys at a very good price. I was pleased to learn what it costs to replace my garage door. Much lower than what my friend paid for it and the installation by Home Depot. Pro’s cost and service was very good.

Pro Garage Door really deserves their 5+ Star rating. The previous company I had been hiring kept hiking up their rates. I came to look at reviews online and saw the great ratings for Pro Garage Door. Pro quoted the price over the phone and was there repairing my door later that afternoon. The price was quite reasonable, the repairman was very friendly, and did some additional servicing our second door. They are everything you hope a company could be. No question who i will call next time I need something done with my garage doors.

The best customer service. You can't go wrong with these guys. For one, they definitely know what they’re talking about. Their information and explanations were so helpful and easy to understand. Showed up on time even gave us an eta notification an initial look and gave estimates. Those were also right on the money, even though we did get did get a few extra tuning things. All around great company!

I’m not sure who I spoke with on the phone, but he was knowledgeable and helpful. He set me up with an appointment, and they fixed the garage door without a problem.
