Premier Property Management has been our management company for over 6 years. The manage 12 units for us over in Wichita. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with and they always have put my interest at the top of their priority list. Our vacancies when they occur are filled promptly and with good quality residents. We have enjoyed our business relationship with Premier over the years and plan on many more to come.

When my wife accepted a job in the Whichita area, I had pretty hard time calling around and figuring out where to live and what was available for houses for my family. I found PPM on their website, called in and my leasing agent was helpful. They gave us tips from school districts and met us in the evening to help us into a house, moving from another state is no fun but they at least managed to make the house hunting easy.

Fully enjoyed our time living in this property. I would certainly recommend these landlords to other prospective tenants.

My family and I were in desperate need of housing after relocating from the Pacific Northwest. We had a couple homes lined up to rent, but thanks to snowstorms delaying our travels by almost a week, they were leased out to others that got there first. We call PPM and told Chris our situation and she not only found us a home that was perfect for our needs, she had us unloading the moving truck less than two hours after seeing the house! Thank you Chris! We will definitely be sending everyone we know your way every chance we get!
