I used to go to Playa Azul several times a month. There were a few minor issues but nothing major. Then all the sudden the food went bad. I normally picked up food for my lunch break so when it was wrong I did not have time for them to correct it. They offered to replace my meal on my next visit because I visited frequently. When I ordered food next time they did not comp my meal as promised. So I paid and went to my car. I checked my food to make sure it was ok but it was messed up again! I took the food back onto the building and showed the manager. He acted like it was no big deal. I asked him if he remembered me, as I was a regular customer and have never tried to get anything discounted or free. He basically said that there were plenty of regular customers and I was not anything special. Although I didn't feel like I should have had special treatment, I did feel like I should have gotten what I paid for. The manager was very rude and I will take my not special business elsewhere.
